Hey, friend - I’m Brandon Gustafson!

 

I have a master's in healthcare administration, have worked in the healthcare industry for over a decade (mostly for non-profit organizations and healthcare payors), and have owned my own assisted living facilities since 2020.

 

As I was getting started on my investment journey, I decided to document the process so I could easily replicate it for myself the second time, and when it worked for me, I decided I had to share this with the world!

 

Prior to getting into assisted living, I taught healthcare analytics to graduate-level students at the University of Utah. I stopped teaching during COVID, but I still love teaching, coaching, and mentoring people, and when I found that I had a process that worked for me, I wanted to return to my teaching roots and help others.

 

That’s how Assisted Living Investing was born.

 

After consistently posting a ton of free content on YouTube and helping several people launch their assisted living businesses, I formalized my process into a course and mastermind program to help even more people launch their assisted living businesses.

 

Today, we have several people in the mastermind program. They’re all at different phases on their journey to launching their assisted living businesses, but they’re making incredible progress, and I get to use my knowledge and do what I love: teach others and help them achieve their goals!
